Buff: Give Burst regen 1 when they haven't attacked (includes bow and sword) in the past 15 seconds.
Reason: Burst takes half a heart of damage for every shot it makes. Burst is actually very good in the damage department, but I feel that the class falls off really quickly in either big games or when they fall to around half health. This makes the class unusable or hardly usable for a good amount of time. If the class is out of combat for 15 seconds and gains regen, they can re-enter the fight.
Pros: Less downtime
Cons: Regen timer could be too short
